What are they?
Our version of the calling card. The cards are smaller than a business card and about the size of, well, a thumb. Browse through our selection of designs to find the card you prefer. Then customize the back of the card with your social info, or, however you please. Some people use them as mommy & playdate cards, blogger cards, webstore cards, social cards and the like. After you complete the order, we assemble, print and ship your cards to you in about a week. So stop reading this and get shopping!

How do I personalize them?
On the order page, you’ll have six lines of text to say whatever you’d like for the info side of the card. Need inspiration? Also, don’t forget to specify which letter you’d like on the artwork side.

How long does it take to PRINT my order?
When deciding on a delivery option, please remember that The Other Penguin requires 4 business days to print and hand pack each item. So, be sure to add 4 business days on to the shipping times below.
How long does it take to DELIVER my order, once it’s been printed?
It all depends on where you reside within the US of A and the shipping option you choose. We have two shipping options. USPS First Class provides an economical option, yet can take up to 5-7 days. UPS Ground provides a tracking number as well as quicker shipping times 3-5 days (depending on location). Choose wisely.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Nope, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

What Is Your Return/Refund Policy?
All sales are final, unless The Other Penguin is responsible for the error. If The Other Penguin has made an error on your order we offer a refund/return policy on the full price of the item. We must be contacted within two weeks of ship receipt. We do not refund shipping. The Other Penguin strives to make your shopping experience a happy one. Please note that we ship with delivery confirmation, and cannot be held responsible for missing or lost items if the item has been sent to the correct address. If you would like to insure the item for a small extra fee, please contact us so that we may update your invoice.
